Install SoundStructure Studio https://downloads.polycom.com/voice/SoundStructure/studiosetup-1-9-1.zip

By default the SoundStructure device has Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) enabled and will accept an IP address from a DHCP server. The SoundStructure device IP address can also be set to a static IP address using the SoundStructure Studio software.

The Polycom SoundStructure uses a link-local IP: 169.254.1.1 if no DHCP server is available on the network. 

Once found the IP address set up computer the connection to the same network and subnet mask, 

Then on the top bar click on connect/ search for devices, select the desired device from the list, then click connect, this will open the device configuration.
