Issue Summary
In rare instances, while sharing content during a Microsoft Teams call using a room’s peripheral devices, the ClickShare Button may disconnect unexpectedly. When this occurs:

The shared screen content becomes frozen.

A transparent white overlay appears on the meeting room display.

The Button LEDs change from red to a spinning white pattern.

The Teams call continues without interruption—only screen sharing is affected.
This behavior has been observed with ClickShare firmware version 02.08.00 and above.
Temporary Workaround
Rebooting the ClickShare Base Unit will temporarily restore functionality.
Permanent Solution
To fully resolve the issue, upgrade the Base Unit firmware to version 2.10 or higher.
