You can send the following command to the Pod which will delete any temporary files. This will help if it is a disk space issue on the Pod.
http://<Pod-IP-Address>/diag/clearlogs_w_reboot
Reset on the Pod: http://<Pod-IP-Address>/diag/factory -reset
USB Update Instructions:
- Format a USB stick with FAT32 file system. This is needed so the Android OS of the Pod can read the USB device.
- Download the following 5.4 firmware file https://www.mersive.com/files/41703/
- You will need to open this archive (for example by using 7-zip) so that you can see two files called: Solstice-imgGen2i_5.4_3047.zip and Sosltice-imgGen3_5.4_3047.zip. Extract the ‘Gen3 or Gen2i’ file that matches the Pod version to your desktop.
- Rename the file to Solstice-img.zip. Copy the file to the root of the USB stick.
- Plug the USB stick into the Pod and the image will update automatically. Pod will restart. Can take around 60 seconds for process to begin. Just let it run.
- You may need to have a keyboard/mouse connected to progress past the confirmation page.
