Prerequisites

• InTune Enrollment: If you're setting up the system for Microsoft Teams, ensure any previously enrolled devices are removed from InTune (note: not from Microsoft 365) to avoid exceeding the device enrollment limit.

• IP Address Backup: Record the IP addresses of both the camera and touch panel. You can find them under "About" in the Touch Panel (TP) menu or via Domotz, if available.

• Tools Needed: Have a small pin or paperclip ready to press the reset button located in the camera’s pinhole.

Factory Reset & Setup

1. Factory Reset:
   Using the pin, press and hold the pinhole reset button on the camera for approximately 10 seconds.

   ⚠️ Note: This action will factory reset both the camera and the touch panel. This differs from the instructions in the original quick guide, which may not reflect the latest firmware behavior.

2. Network Connection:
   Ensure the touch panel is connected to the same network as the camera.

3. Device Pairing:
   Follow the on-screen instructions on the touch panel. When prompted, enter the camera's IP address to pair the two devices.

4. Mode Selection:
   Choose the appropriate mode for the system.

   • If selecting Microsoft Teams, the system will automatically prompt you to sign in to your Teams account after pairing is complete.
