Following a power cut, we have found multiple NVX endpoints as showing offline to the Processor (CP4), which meant that sources could not be selected and sent to the correct destination on the Touch panel. The Panel would not show any feedback and appear un-responsive.
The endpoints were rebooted and NTP/Time sync was checked and updated where applicable.
In Toolbox terminal, the endpoints could be pinged with no issues.
NVX streams were working and the endpoints were accessible through the GUI via a browser, but were not discovered when using the Device Discovery Tool in Crestron Toolbox.
RESOLUTION: NVX endpoints were found to have has gone into safe mode. Running flipimage command in text console fixed it. After the device reboots (this can take up to 5 minutes,) the devices were discoverable and the Touch panel were working as expected.
